In Baixo Sul da Bahia, a network of girls from the land reform settlements of Dandara dos Palmares and Zumbi dos Palmares donated fruits and vegetables, lots of them natural, to food insecure urban communities. We consider a sustainable and resilient food system must reconnect producers and customers. We goal to empower individuals and communities and give them the tools and knowledge to develop the food methods they want for their group.
